First: You have to look for a web hosting to upload you audio/video file. About the web hosting, you can look for it by asking to google. But, hm... may be you can choose imeem, just like me...
Second: You should have an account in that web hosting before uploading your audio/video file, so you have to sign up with that web.
Third: After sign up, you can login to the web and than starting upload your audio/video file.
Fourth: The next step after uploading is complete and succes, you have to get the HTML code, copy that code and paste it into your gadget or posting content. it's finish.
